Join the GCS Get Mo' Green Teen Club and You Could Win a College Scholarship

If you're a high school senior AND a member of the GCS Get Mo' Green teen club, you are elegible to apply for the Nicole R. Thorp $1000 Scholarship!

Visit mygcscu.com and click on Get Mo' Green. Find the scholarship logo and download the application being accepted through April 30th. Scholarship money will be presented in May and the recipient will be featured on mygcscu.com.

What is GCS looking for in scholarship candidates? GCS wants to see that you actively volunteer in your community. GCS is big on volunteering and Nicole R. Thorp, who the scholarship is named after, was a strong believer in helping out. GCS wants Nicole's enthusiasm to live on via this scholarship.

The application requires candidates to submit an essay explaining why saving and budgeting are important habits to develop. GCS guides youth in reaching savings goals and wants to hear your success stories.
